JAMES R. EYLER, J.,
Virgil O. Webb, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana. After merger, the court sentenced appellant to ten years’ imprisonment without the possibility of parole for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and five years’ imprisonment for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, to be served concurrently.
