HOLLANDER, Judge.

In January 2008, Deon Arnell Turner, appellant, appeared for trial in the Circuit Court for Talbot County, without counsel. A jury convicted him of driving a motor vehicle with a revoked license, driving without a license, and speeding. 1 Because appellant was a subsequent offender, the court imposed a sentence of three years’ incarceration for driving on a revoked license. 2 By Order dated August 19, 2009, the circuit court granted appellant’s Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence, reducing that sentence to two years.
