Sharyland Water Supply Corp. (Shary-land) appeals the trial court’s judgment rendered in favor of the Hidalgo County Appraisal District and the Appraisal District Review Board (Appraisal Authorities) which denied Sharyland an exemption as a charitable organization from ad valorem property taxes.
