OPINION ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
WILSON, Justice.
Appellants, the Harris County Appraisal District (the District) and the Appraisal Review Board for the Harris County Appraisal District (the Board), appeal to this Court for a second time from a judgment which found an ad valorem property tax unconstitutional as applied to shipping containers owned by appellee, Transamerica Container Leasing Inc.
