In September, 1921, plaintiff obtained a default judgment against the defendant corporation, docketed it in the office of the clerk of the district court of Hennepin county, caused an execution to be issued thereon directed to the sheriff of Hennepin county, and obtained the return of the sheriff that no property of the defendant could be found within his county. This action was then commenced to sequestrate the property of the corporation.
