VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.

May 12, 1919, J. E. Barr Pickling & Preserving Company became organized as a corporation by full compliance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. Its original capital stock was $300,000, and the purpose stated in its articles of incorporation was the following:

“The purpose for which this corporation is formed and the general nature of its business shall he and is to manufacture, buy, sell, raise, grow, import, export and generally deal in all kinds of vegetables, fruits, and grains and the products thereof.
