Doward Frasier and Lorene Frasier (the Frasiers) brought this action against Palmetto Homes of Florence, Inc., and Robert Braddock, alleging fraud and deceit, unfair trade practices, conversion, and breach of contract accompanied by a fraudulent act involving the attempted purchase of a mobile home.
