The defendant is a Wisconsin corporation engaged in the promotion of professional football. On the date in question defendant engaged its own and another team in an exhibition at a local public park, and the general public was invited to enter the inclosure upon payment of a cash admission fee. Plaintiff paid one dollar admission fee, .which entitled him to occupy a bleacher seat. The bleachers were constructed of wooden boards, supported by risers also of boards.
