CHRISTIE, District Judge:
This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. This matter was previously before this Court and by Order dated October 24, 1966, the cause was remanded to the Secretary for the securing of additional evidence. We are again called upon to review the Secretary’s final decision on this matter which was rendered by the Appeals Council on March 4, 1967, when the February 1, 1967 recommended decision of the hearing examiner was modified and accepted.
