HAYNSWORTH, Circuit Judge.

Mrs. Snyder has appealed from an order of the District Court affirming the denial by a Hearing Examiner of her application for a period of disability and for disability benefits under 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416 (i) and 423.

On November 23, 1959, Mrs. Snyder filed an application for disability benefits with the Bureau of Old-Age and Survivors Insurance of the Social Security Administration. She asserted disability, commencing April 24, 1956, on the basis of a ruptured bladder. The medical evidence shows conclusively, however, that Mrs. Snyder’s difficulty with the bladder did…
