In this civil forfeiture action in rem, individuals Maria de Los Angeles Collazo Garcia, Allan Ronald Munro, Mervin Michaelson Onyshko, Alan Mark Postles and Jacqueline Postles (collectively, “the individual claimants”) have filed claims to the defendant assets sought by the United States. 1 The United States has requested the Court to strike those claims or enter judgment against the claimants.
