FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case came before the Court upon the Chapter 13 confirmation hearing of William A. Baird (“Debtor”) p/d/b/a The Baird Company. International Distribution Systems, Inc. (“IDS”), a creditor, objected to confirmation on the grounds that the plan was not proposed in good faith as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3), the plan does not satisfy the disposable income test of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B), Debtor’s unsecured creditors would receive more through a Chapter 7 liquidation and that Debtor cannot make all payments…
