MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES D. WALKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on objections to confirmation filed by Albany Bank & Trust and SunTrust Bank alleging lack of good faith by Debtor, David York, Jr. This is a core matter within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L). The Court held hearings on February 19, 2002, March 25, 2002, and April 22, 2002, during which the parties presented evidence.
