In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Burrows, J.), dated October 24, 1990, which granted the defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, (1) by deleting the provision thereof which granted the motion of the defendant Silver Lake Contracting Corp. for summary judgment, and dismissed the complaint insofar as it is asserted against that defendant, and substituting therefor a provision denying that motion, and severing the…
