— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the third-party defendant Perfect Auto Repair Co. appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), dated July 23, 1986, as denied that branch of its motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and the third-party complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of costs payable by the plaintiffs-respondents and the defendants third-party plaintiffs appearing separately and filing separate briefs, that…
