Defendant Gerald M. Pasquarille appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during a motor vehicle search and his subsequent guilty plea to and conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and crack- cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and using and carrying of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
