OPINION OF THE COURT
FREEDMAN, Circuit Judge.
This essentially simple case comes to us on a record which is obscure on the ultimate question whether there exists a genuine issue of fact which forbids the entry of summary judgment for the defendants.
This is a diversity action. Plaintiff, a Pennsylvania corporation, sued Seaply Glass Corporation, a New York corporation, which imported and distributed glass, and the Turkiye Sise Ve Cam Fabrikalari A.S., a Turkish corporation, whose principal office is in Turkey, which manufactured glass imported and distributed by Seaply.
