Liteway Lighting Products, 2004 WI App 95, 273 Wis. 2d 439, 685 N.W.2d 365, that reversed a judgment of the Eau Claire County Circuit Court, Lisa K. Stark, Judge, in favor of Menard and an order denying summary judgment to Liteway Lighting Products (Liteway).
