HOLLOWAY, Circuit Judge.
This case is brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The district court initially granted summary judgment for defendant, but following a reversal and remand by this court earlier, McKenzie v. Dovala, 242 F.3d 967 (10th Cir.2001), the case was tried before a jury. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant and McKenzie again appeals.
