MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BOYLE, United States Magistrate Judge:

Before the Court is the motion of the defendants, Central Mine Equipment Company and Central Mine Equipment Company, Inc. (“CME” or “defendants”), seeking the preclusion of plaintiffs expert, Clifford Anderson, as well as summary judgment, dismissing plaintiffs Complaint entirely. Plaintiff, Andres Fernandez (“plaintiff’) opposes CME’s motion. For the following reasons, CME’s motion is granted in its entirety.
