This is an appeal from an order of adoption taken by Filomena Setaro, formerly Filomena Cozza, the natural mother of the child.

The father and mother of the said child were divorced by a decree of the superior court of the state of Washington entered February 27, 1904, on the ground of extreme cruelty on the .part of the wife toward her husband, and by the decree the two children of the marriage, the above Margaret and her sister Mary were given to their mother, the father being required to pay ten dollars per month in aid of their support.
