Defendant appeals from an order revoking his probation, contending that there was insufficient evidence to sustain the revocation. On September 16, 1976, defendant was indicted in Douglas County on three counts: (1) sodomy in the first degree; (2) coercion; and (3) assault in the third degree.1 Defendant pled gúilty to the charge of assault; the other charges were dismissed.
