This is an action of contract to recover from the estate of the plaintiff’s father the value of personal services rendered to him from 1910 until his death in 1943. Exceptions were taken to the denial of two motions for a directed verdict, to the refusal to give requested rulings, and, after a verdict for the plaintiff, to the denial of a motion for a new trial.
