The Judicial Tenure Commission (JTC) has recommended that respondent, 3rd Circuit Court Judge Deborah Ross Adams, be suspended without pay for 180 days and be ordered to pay costs in the amount of $8,498.40. Respondent has filed a petition asking this Court to reject that recommendation. We affirm the JTC’s factual findings and conclusions of law, but conclude at the same time that it is necessary and appropriate to remove respondent from office for the remainder of her term.
