Plaintiff sued for a divorce on the grounds of desertion and failure to provide, and asked for the custody of the minor child—a boy of about five years of age. The ■ defendant cross-complained on the ground of desertion, and also asked for custody of the minor. The trial court found in favor of plaintiff on both grounds and found the allegations of the cross-complaint to be untrue. Custody of the minor was awarded to plaintiff without any right of custody or visitation on the part of the husband, and he was ordered to pay plaintiff for the support of herself and child the sum of $100 a month…
