Defendant Cyclone Aviation Products, Ltd. (“Cyclone”) moves, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. (Doc. 7).1 Plaintiff Guest Associates, Inc. (“GAI”) responded in opposition, (doc. 12), and, after seeking and being granted leave to file a reply, Cyclone did so, (doc. 16).
