MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on (1) Plaintiffs Motion for an Entry of Default [Doc. No. 32]; (2) Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue [Doc. No. 12]; and (3) Defendant’s Motion to Stay Proceedings [Doc. No. 20]. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs motion is denied, Defendant’s Motion to Transfer is granted, and Defendant’s Motion to Stay is denied as moot.
II. BACKGROUND
