This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment. Two matters related to Defendants’ motion are also before the Court: first, Defendants’ motion to exceed the page limit for their reply brief, and second, Plaintiffs Rule 56(f) request in support of its opposition to Defendants’ alternative motion for summary judgment.
