DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after an evidentiary hearing on the Debtors’ objection to three claims, numbered 12, 14 and 15, filed by B-Real, LLC. Prior to the Hearing, B-Real filed a Response in Opposition to the Debtors’ objection to its claims. At the conclusion of the Hearing, the Court afforded the Parties the opportunity to file additional written arguments in support of their respective positions.
