MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WEXLER, District Judge.

In the above-referenced action, Kelvin Albrecht, (“plaintiff”), seeks damages under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”), 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., for alleged injuries to his lower back resulting from a work-related accident. Named as defendant is the Long Island Railroad, (“LIRR” or “defendant”). Currently before the Court is plaintiff’s motion to supplement the original complaint pursuant to Rule 15(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, so as to include additional claims arising out of a second accident which occurred approximately…
