KENYON, Circuit Judge.

The facts of this case are somewhat complicated. Appellee brought this action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma to quiet title to a certain oil and gas lease covering properties that at one time had been the allotment of' appellants Sophia Charles and Ellis Buffington Charles, minor Creek Indians. The allotments of appellants were sold as a result of application, by their guardian, one Nero Charles, to the county court of Wagoner county, state of Oklahoma. One F. D.
