Sapp and Mrs. William E. Sapp, his wife, Commercial Bank Trust Company, a Florida corporation, and Lindsey Hopkins, have entered their appeal on behalf of themselves, and all of their similarly situated co-defendants, assigning as error the entry of said final decree for the complainants.
