In this expedited appeal filed by the State pursuant to Maryland Code (1998 RepLVol., 1999 Cum.Supp.), 12-302(e)(3) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article (“C.J.”), the State challenges an Order of the Circuit Court for Talbot County suppressing marijuana and drug paraphernalia recovered from a locked console in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle belonging to Benjamin Femon, appellee.
