The four respondents in this proceeding are residents of Horry County. Action was brought by them against the County Treasurer, County Auditor and the members of the County Board of Commissioners of Horry County attacking, on constitutional grounds, portions of the 1974-1975 County Supply Bill for Horry County, Act No. 1432 of the 1974 Acts of the General Assembly.
