MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendant has been charged by Indictment with conspiracy to provide, and pro*884viding, material support to terrorists and conspiracy to provide, and providing, material support to a Foreign Terrorist Organization (“FTO”). The government has provided notice to the Court and to the Defendant pursuant to 50 U.S.C § 1806(c) and 1825(d) that it intends to introduce at trial evidence obtained and derived from electronic surveillance, 50 U.S.C. § 1801-1812, and evidence obtained from physical searches. 50 U.S.C. § 1821-1829.
