Vicor Corporation (“Vicor”) brought this action seeking insurance coverage for settlement payments it made to resolve claims for damages brought by its customer, Ericsson Wireless Communications (“Ericsson”), under primary and excess level insurance policies issued by Vigilant Insurance Company (“Vigilant”), Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”), and Continental Casualty Company (“Continental”) (collectively “the insurers”).
