DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} This case involves a boundary dispute between adjacent landowners. Kay Fancher contends the trial court's judgment in favor of Stuart and Donna Bugg is against the manifest weight of the evidence. The trial court relied upon the testimony presented by the Buggs' two surveyors and the previous owner of the tracts to establish the location of the boundary line.
