This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, James J. Mclnnis, from a decision by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas allowing plaintiff-appellee, Allstate Financial Corporation (“Allstate”), to foreclose on a piece of real estate owned by Mclnnis.
Community Assistance Corp. (“CAC”) is a for-profit corporation controlled by Charles Virga and Allan Eddy. CAC, in turn, set up and controlled several non-profit corporations, including Westfield Service Management Co. (“West-field”), to operate group homes for the mentally retarded.
