This appeal is from an order overruling appellant’s motion to transfer the cause to the law docket, and dismissing the cause without prejudice. This is the record.

Appellant, on July 5, 1934, with two others, brought this suit by bill in equity praying for the appointment of receivers for and for injunction as to the Arriola League of land in Hardin county, Tex., for an accounting for the minerals and timber taken therefrom by defendants, and for other equitable relief.
