In this action, a physician, Plaintiff Rob-ban A. Sica, M.D., seeks, among other relief, to enjoin the Defendants from proceeding with disciplinary and license revocation hearings against her that are currently scheduled before the Connecticut Medical Examining Board for October 14, 2004.
