DAWSON, District Judge.

This ease is pending before me on motion to dismiss the petition.

The petitioner claims that in the year 1929, through the false and fraudulent representations of the respondent company and its officers and representatives, she was induced to subscribe and pay for fifty-six shares of the capital stock of the respondent company; the total consideration paid being $1,400. The allegations as to false and fraudulent representations are very imperfectly and inartifieially pleaded.
