Bette Bonn Ledwith and Evelyn Parker appeal from the district court1 order granting summary judgment for appellees on appellants’ civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985.

During 1975-76 the Consumer Protection Division of the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office began an investigation of two modeling schools operated by appellants. At the conclusion of the investigation, it was recommended that suit be filed under the Nebraska Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Neb.Rev.Stat. § 87-301 et seq.
