This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court of Tulsa county in favor of the defendants in error and against the plaintiffs in error. In this opinion the parties will be referred to as they appeared below.

This case arose from the following state of facts: C. L. Reeder, a physician of Tulsa, Okla., had, during his lifetime, become heavily indebted. Amongst his creditors were the plaintiffs, all of whom appeared as plaintiffs except the Security Trust Company, which appeared as inter-vener.
