This action was brought by C. S. and Louisa B. Smith, to modify a judgment rendered against them in favor of the Ely Walker Dry Goods Company in an action to foreclose a mortgage and to enjoin the sale of certain lands described in said judgment of foreclosure. As grounds therefor the petition alleges that plaintiffs executed a certain mortgage to (he dry goods company; that it was executed without reading it, and by reason of the representation of one J.
