In this summary proceeding, petitioner seeks to evict respondent, an apartment house live-in superintendent, who occupies his apartment in connection with his employment and whose employment has been terminated. The respondent alleges that petitioner discharged him because he was a member of Local 32B, Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO and that said discharge is in violation of the Labor Law.
