Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), rendered November 17, 1982, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. This appeal brings up for review the denial of the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground of double jeopardy.

Judgment affirmed.
