Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 24, 1975, convicting him of attempted robbery in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, plea vacated and case remanded to Criminal Term for further proceedings on the indictment. Defendant allegedly participated in a robbery in Kings County in which credit cards, currency, car keys and a car were stolen from the victim.
