Plaintiff EZ Tag Corporation (“EZ Tag”) brings this action against Defendants Casio America, Inc. and Casio Computer Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Casio”) under Section 2-312 of the New York Uniform Commercial Code (“NY-UCC”) for attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defense of a patent infringement action brought by Raylon LLC (“Raylon”) in the Eastern District of Texas (the “Raylon Action”).
