Defendant David L. Welch appeals from his convictions, following a jury trial, of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp in violation of Iowa Code sections 204.-401(l)(b)(3), 204.406(l)(a), and 421A.3 (1991).
