Defendants Pendleton King, Daphne King and Pendleton King Jr. (“Junior”) (collectively, the “Kings”) appeal from a declaratory judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Stefan R. Underhill, Judge) holding in favor of insurers that none of the three separate residence-related liability insurance policies owned by the Kings covered their alleged liability to a third party child who was seriously injured in an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle the Kings owned (the “ATV”).
